Planning Board Continues 600 Manley Street Special Permit Hearing to March 4

WEST BRIDGEWATER — February 18, 2026 — West Bridgewater Planning Board continues 600 Manley Street special permit hearing to March 4. The board, meeting for the first time in recent memory with a full five members following the addition of new member Sarah Connolly, voted unanimously to continue the hearing after engineer Scott Barrier of Homegrown Engineering reported that the Conservation Commission closed on the drainage design at its February 17 meeting and that town engineer Pat Brennan had signed off on all outstanding technical comments. The project — the third phase of a phased trailer storage and contractor building development on a partially paved Manley Street site — follows the same 60-by-120-foot building design and vehicle-restriction conditions as the two previously approved phases. Barrier confirmed that Brennan's four remaining review items, including a Cape Cod berm installation detail corrected on the January 20 plan set and standard hazardous materials prohibitions under zoning bylaw section 4-6-7-1-F, have all been addressed or are being made conditions of approval.
