Planning Board Unanimously Approves Permits for 600 Manley Street Development

Planning Board · Meeting of March 4, 2026

West Bridgewater Planning Board unanimously approved a water resource special permit and site plan for 600 Manley Street. The five-member board, chaired by Jim Hurley and including members Mark Bornstein, Jim Noyes, Jerry Stetson, and Sarah Conley, voted in favor on both measures at its March 4 meeting, wrapping up what engineer Scott Ferrier of J.K. Holmgren Engineering called "phase three" of the Manley Street development for applicant MJM Construction.

Ferrier told the board the plans had already been cleared by town consultant Pat Brunnen and the Conservation Commission, and that no changes had been made since the February 6, 2026 revision date. The applicant said he expected to complete remaining work and file within three months.
