Planning Board · Meeting of October 7, 2026

WEST BRIDGEWATER — The Planning Board voted 5-0 to grant a special permit for a Matfield Street contractor storage yard. Theresa Dewar, engineering director for applicant LJDE LLC, said Brockton's Planning Board had approved the Brockton portion the night before, and the yard sits on about eight West Bridgewater acres of a roughly 28-acre site. Dewar told the board Oak Hill Way would be paved 24 feet wide into the site before occupancy.

The board also continued its first hearing on the 10-lot Bryant Farm Estates subdivision to Oct. 21 after neighbors described flooding, and a member asked for a MassDOT Chapter 85 review of the culvert. With the chair recused, the board unanimously approved the 21 Lincoln Street as-built plan.
