West Bridgewater Records Nine Property Transfers, Most Involving Family or Trusts

West Bridgewater recorded nine property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only three disclosed a sale price, ranging from $485 to $589 with a median of $565. The top disclosed sale was 121 Prospect St. at $589, sold July 27 by Michael S. Winkler and Tara Alexandra I to Joshua R. Rankin and Kara H. Koska. Five of the nine transfers appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust, and two of the three disclosed-price sales involved an estate as seller. With most prices undisclosed, the data offer limited basis for gauging overall market tone this period.
