West Bridgewater Records 12 Property Transfers From July 17 To Aug. 15

West Bridgewater recorded 12 property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds data. Seven transfers disclosed a sale price, ranging from $445 to $722 with a median of $589; the other five listed no consideration amount. The period's top sale was 260 Crescent St., which sold Aug. 7 for $722 to David and Meghan Collins. Five of the 12 transfers involved grantors and grantees sharing a surname or moving property into a family trust. Transfers were spread across a dozen different streets with no single-street concentration, and disclosed prices clustered within a narrow band.
