Six carried disclosed sale prices ranging from $540,000 to $722,000, with a median of $602,000; the other six listed no price. The period's top sale was 260 Crescent St. at $722,000, sold by Stephen McMahon and Colleen Kelley, as trustees, to David and Meghan Collins.
