West Bridgewater Home Sales Span $350 To $805 In August
West Bridgewater recorded 12 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds filings. Nine of the 12 sales disclosed a price, ranging from $350 to $805, with a median of $635. The month's top sale was 1 Daniel Ter, which sold for $805 on Aug. 18, from the Parks Family Revocable Trust to Federico Rodriguez. Jeffrey Drive saw two sales during the period, both involving builder or land-development entities. Five of the 12 transfers involved a trust as buyer, seller or both. The data set does not support a characterization of overall market pace or conditions beyond the transaction count and price range reported.
